FL Day 2

laid out by the pool the entire day
the new American Apparel bikini fits amazingly. dries quickly

had lunch from Steak and Shake

skateboarded on the driveway for a bit.

went and saw the midnight showing of The Strangers.... it was a thriller...
one of those ones that makes it scary when you think of what you would do if you were in their situation. also it said it's based on true stories or something... kinda crazy that that shit really happens.

FL day 1

my big sis picked me up from the airport

we went straight to the eye doc so i could pic out new specs. hopefully i will have them before i leave to go home. [pics to come later]

then we went to Publix, Florida's supermarket. got fruit rollups which i had been craving since i was in VA about a month ago
they come with tongue tattoos printed on them
check it out... it's a $ if you can't tell.










then i proceeded to hang around the house the rest of the day.
looked through old stuff in my room, including my old journal from Freshman yr of highschool! so stupid
i was going to post a picture of it... but it is way too embarrassing

lurked in the back yard with my laptop for a bit.

had dinner with my folks at some sushi buffet... i don't know if i can fully enjoy the taste of it when i am at the same time, trying to eat my money's worth...

went to coral square and hit up VS for some new undergarments

about to go see Indiana Jones... we'll see how that goes... so far i've only heard bad reviews.
---it was alright, i think it had the same cheesy one-liners they used to but maybe people just aren't aren't used to that anymore.

slept in until 11:00 yesterdaygot some grocery shopping done, my roommate and I are going to share now which rocks... because now i can buy stuff that i was worried would go bad before

typed up a new resume...

then didn't do too much else the rest of the day... relaxed

then Lee came to cut mine and my roommates' hair

home on friday night...sat morning

so... i'm home early for once... been going out almost every night

i recommend the 'shroom burger.  there's no actual burger, just crispy delicious portobello filled with cheese!

tuesday i was out and the weather was BEAUTIFUL.  i wore a light grey jersey dress, comfortable and easy to wear.  However, I didn't account for it getting cooler later and forgot to grab a jacket. so i ended up buying this

At Filene's Basement, by Buffalo

it feels sort of "Thriller" especially w/ pants.

I was wearing it with the dress though when i bought it and i didn't feel like i was giving off the dancing zombie vibe.

I also got a new necklace from a table vendor on prince street

for $20 these are the requirements it meets

-silver (the only other necklace i have at present for everyday wear is antique looking bronze or copper)

-can be casual or dressy

-adjustable length (great for different necklines)

-asymmetrical

I just saw Forgetting Sarah Marshall

I really really liked it, funny, good storyline, minimal conflict due to miscommunication ( i can't stand that in movies... hehe), great characters... I want to go to Hawaii!!!
